Things to know about your holiday in the Puster Valley

Check-in and check-out: Your room will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know in good time if you are arriving after 6pm or during the night. We will give you an access code for our key box where you will find your room key. We ask that you check out of your room by 10am on your day of departure.
Meals: Upon request we offer rooms with breakfast only or without meals.
Pets: Dogs are welcome for an additional € 10.00 per day. Please bring your own pet basket and food.
Deposit: As confirmation of your reservation we ask for a deposit of €100 - €200 per booking.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to one month before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the existing booking. For late arrivals, premature departures or failure to arrive, 100% of the total agreed price will be payable.
Payment of hotel bill: We accept cash, debit and credit card (excluding Diners and American Express) or via bank transfer in advance.
